Frido, 2012.
Frido represents the stage previous to the ‘Da-dark’ series turning into an almost desperate try to cling on to the still existing memories that are being slowly falling into oblivion. Images that fade away and eventually disappear are recalled so they can last at least through the document they become. They represent the memory and as such it becomes necessary to search into them to find out what keep.
The making process is a very important part of this work. It is about digital photographs shot in traditional fashion and they represent actual scenes. They haven´t been manipulated nor digitally processed with post-processing programs
